Pep Boys accepts payments via PayPal immediate payment. Credit card purchases for non-PayPal buyers can be accepted through PayPal at checkout. Please see our Payment Policy for additional details.

Sales Tax

Pep Boys operates in 38 states throughout the US. Current law requires us to collect all applicable taxes and fees, based on the items purchased, the ship-to address and/or the location of the selected store for order pickup. Shipping, Handling and Delivery

Please see the “Shipping and Payment” tab or the top of the listing for shipping costs with FedEx shipping. Total shipping fees for multiple orders can be found during eBay checkout.

• Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $25! (Some exclusions apply.)
• We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1 business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST, over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• Additional delivery days may apply in some instances, such as hazardous items, oversized items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.
• Shipping is only available within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
• You will receive a notification when your order has shipped and tracking is available. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on eBay.

Returns
