The Wrangler SR-A is Goodyear�s Highway All-Season tire developed for the drivers of pickup trucks, crossovers and sport utility vehicles. Extensively used as Original Equipment on a wide range of popular light trucks, the Wrangler SR-A is available in a comprehensive range of 15� through 20�rim diameter sizes. The Wrangler SR-A is designed to reduce noise, vibration and ride harshness At the same time as providing all-season traction, even on gravel roads and in light snow.

The Wrangler SR-A features Goodyear�s WetTrac Technology that molds an enhanced wet traction tread compound into a symmetric tread design which combines independent tread blocks, wide circumferential grooves and hundredsof zigzag sipes to promote traction in wet and wintry conditions. The wide circumferential grooves help move water through the tread for wet traction At the same time as self-cleaning lateral grooves in the shoulders help evacuate water, mud and snow.

The tire’s internal structure includes twin, high-tensile steel belts on top of a polyester cord carcass. Heavy-duty LT-metric-sized Load Range D & Load Range E tires are reinforced with spirally wound nylon to promote strength, even wear and extra durability.

These are the stock tires on my Ram, day to day pavement driving they’re fine. Introduce a little moisture and a slight tap of the throttle has you spinning the tires, well as far as the limited slip and computerized traction controls will let you. I did some mild offroad on asomewhat loose dirt track, handled that fine. Hit a sand pit, it was fairly soft as long as I kept moving I used to be fine, I tried to 3 point turn around, started to sink with the LSD and 4-wheel auto. Flip it to 4hi just a little more throttle, even though my brother-in-law was yelling stop stop stop and I got out (I pack a 10K winch, so I wasn’t that worried about getting stuck, and yes I realize these are a highway tread tire). I can never put Goodyear SR-A tires on any vehicle I own intentionally. I’m about 1mm above wear bar on all 4 tires. My truck is stock height and is a daily driver when I’m not on my motorcycle. It sees offroad only when the need arises. Wet slippery dirt silt mud… just hold on and enjoy the ride, there’s no control.

These tires came on our2015 Silverado. I’ve all the time had Firestone Destination A/T on all my pickups. I must say these Goodyears are the worst tires I’ve ever had. I contacted the dealer to get them changed to no avail. Living in a snowy northern state, it’s appalling how bad they are in winter. My best rating for these tires were for ride quality but I mostly chalk that up to being a truck with a longer wheelbase. Traction is a non-existence feature with these tires. I’ve contemplated a lot of times just burning these crap tires up and getting new ones. I’m not looking forwardto another winter with these on. DO NOT BUY!

These tires came with my 2014 Ram1500 when purchased new. They’re fine on dry roads but dangerous on wet roads. The rear tires break loose and skid when pulling away from a stop whenever the road is wet. The front tires skid and slide on wet roads when cornering. (I don’t drive aggressively) I am very disappointed in their poor performance.
