The P Zero Nero All Season is Pirelli’s UltraHigh Performance All-Season tire designed to provide all-season traction and handling. It was developed for drivers who operate their vehicles in America’s various weather conditions, including in light snow.

This line originated as the P Zero Nero M+S “Pinna” line that identified Pirelli�s use of a tread designthat features additional sipes to enhance snow traction compared to P Zero NeroM+S tires. The sidewalls of all existing O.E. conventional and run-flat P Zero Nero M+S Pinna tires will be rebranded to add the “All Season” identification and will be available under the P Zero Nero All Season name as the line moves forward. P Zero Nero All Season tires are fully compatible with the P Zero Nero M+S Pinna tires and may be used to replace them individually, in pairs or sets.

The P Zero Nero All Season features a silica-enhanced tread compound blended to provide traction during high temperatures in the dry and low temperatures in the wet or snow. This compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design that features stable outside shoulder blocks combined with siped, continuous intermediate and center ribs that increase footprint rigidity to enhance dry grip during acceleration and braking. Shoulder grooves and circumferential channels allow water to flow through the tread design to resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction. The tire’s internal structure includes twin steel belts to provide strength and durability on top of a polyester cord body.

I would like tojust say how impressed I am with your company. I have purchased tires twice from you for two different Mercedes Benz autos. The last purchase was 11/2015. This past weekend I hit a pot hole and ruined the right front tire. I went online yesterday to order a new one. I clicked on the extended Hazard Warranty and low and behold the tire was covered. Very impressive! I filed a claim with warrantycompany, my mechanic verified the damage and I was told the claim was approved,in the amount of $143.00 I went online an ordered a tire today 8/10/16. I then called back the warranty company to tell them that I did purchase the tire from Tire Rack.com, The representative came back and told me my refund would $153. 43, you could not ask for better service. These are the All Season OEM tires that come with the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. I daily drive and thetires have seen several 1/4mi drag strip runs, city driving, and highway driving on a daily driven 707HP / 650TQ vehicle.

Tread Wear – Tire life startedat 7 miles with 10/32nds of tread. At 6,559 miles, the fronts measured 9/32ndsand rears had 10/32nds. At 11,658 miles, the fronts had 7/32nds and rears had8/32nds. At 25,366 miles, the fronts and rears are at 3/32nds. Tire rotations were based upon measurements taken from the tread depth at the time of maintenance.

Wet Traction – To note, the only time where I noticed any issues with wet traction was accelerating up a hill just after turning a corner. It was likely due to too much throttle input. The backend of the vehicle caused an oversteer condition and the traction control system kicked in while I also backed off of the accelerator. Wet traction throughout the life of the tires was very predictable.

Snow/Ice Traction – I drove these tires through 18+ deg F weather. With a thin layer of fresh ice on the road, traction was very predictablebased upon steady and purposeful throttle inputs. What was normally a 20 minute drive to work took about 40 minutes when there was ice and less than an inch of snow on the roads. I would recommend only driving in snow/ice with these tires if it was necessary to travel; if not, wait for nicer weather.

Dry Traction – These tires have provided very predictable dry traction/acceleration grip.

Drag/Track – I’ve used these tires several times at the 1/4mi drag strip. They perform similar to other All Season tires that I’ve used at the drag strip; producing 60ft times between high 1.9 – 2.3 seconds. I’ve used the tireson the Circuit of Americas track and they’ve handled nicely, however, if you’regoing to to drag race, I’d recommend a dedicated set of rear drag tires. If track racing, a High Performance Summer would be recommended.

NVH – One word; quiet.

Purchased aset for an AWD 2011 Subaru WRX hatchback so I could run one set of wheels. Living in the northeast, I hate the idea of having winter/summer wheels and tires ifI can help it. Pirelli is a very reputable name, so I figured I would give these P Zero Nero All Seasons a shot. They seemed to be a good compromise between performance summer and reasonable winter tires after the reviews that I had read.

After the 40-50k miles I had these tires, I will say I had no qualms about them in any driving conditions. They performed very well throughout one of theworst winters the northeast had seen in some time, and given my WRX’s AWD, I had no issues at all. Summer performance seemed fine as well, but I don’t track orautocross the car so I’ve never gotten the tires close to their performance edge.

My only complaint, and the reason I didn’t stick with another set, wasthe road noise. From the day they were put on, they had a sound I guess I’d describe as ‘warbling’. And it got louder and more pronounced the higher the speeds. Some pavement types seemed to make it worse, while some made it better, but itwas always there.

I’ve since changed to the cheaper Sumitomo HTR A/S P02, and so far I’m really liking the summer performance of those. I’m most excitedabout the LACK noise, it’s a much quieter tire. We’ll see if I still feel the same way come the winter.
