Shipping is FREE anywhere in the Continental US (48 states). The Automotive Works is currently not shipping to international locations, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Orders are typically shipped within the handling time advertised in the listing details. Stated order handling times EXCLUDE holidays and weekends. Orders are only shipped AFTER the order has been verified AND payment has been cleared by Paypal. After items have shipped, The Automotive Works will update the transaction details in the eBay system with the tracking #s. Customers can use the tracking information provided at the shipping carrier’s website (i.e. www.ups.com or www.fedex.com) to track the progress of their shipment. The shipping carrier’s website will also state the exact date the items are anticipated to be delivered. All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you would like to change the address, we can cancel and refund the order so you can reorder using the correct address.

There are no returns/exchanges for tires that have been mounted on wheels! Only UNMOUNTED tires can be returned/exchanged. No exceptions!
We ONLY accept returns/exchanges if you contact us within 14 CALENDAR days of your order being delivered. After 14 CALENDAR days, there are no returns/exchanges. All sales final after 14 CALENDAR days.
All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) #. You must contact us within 14 CALENDAR days to obtain a return authorization (RA) #. This Return Authorization (RA) # must be clearly marked on the outer box. Items returned without a clearly marked Return Authorization (RA) # on the outer box will be refused.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging items and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
Refunds will only be issued for items after we have received, inspected, and determined that the items are in BRAND NEW CONDITION with no damage!
Any returned items that are not in BRAND NEW CONDITION will be returned to the customer and no refunds will be issued.
Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the listing states “FREE SHIPPING,” the shipping cost incurred to ship the items to the customer will be deducted from any refunds.
The Automotive Works is not responsible for charges incurred by customers related to installation services performed or accessory purchases (lug nuts, TPMS sensors, etc…). It is the customer’s responsibility to find a reputable installer in their area.
